How can I add Breakdown Cover to my policy? You can add the Breakdown Cover at any point during your cover with us if you call our Customer Services Department on: 0870 040 11 26 Can you pass on messages? You don't have to worry if your breakdown has made you late for a meeting at work or if your family are expecting you at home - we're always happy to pass on a message for you! Does my membership cover me for any car? No. It only covers your own vehicle. Is there any limit on the distance from home that I can be recovered from? No, if your car cannot be repaired at the roadside or at a local garage, we will take you, your vehicle and up to six passengers home or to your destination anywhere in the UK. Am I covered if my car breaks down at home? We include Roadside Assistance and Recovery to help you at the scene of the breakdown and also Home Assistance to aid you if the car won't start for you at home. What happens if I lose my keys? If you lose or break your keys then give us a call and we'll help you.
